When offering the HMO Management Service; our HMO Advisor’s work on behalf of the property owner by ultimately managing the whole process of converting a property into a HMO (House of Multiple Occupation).
The advisor will work closely with the local housing authority and with local tradespersons in order to convert the current property into a HMO which meets the local housing authority’s HMO standard/ regulations.
The sizes of the properties our advisor work with have varied ranging from 3 bed spaces to 15 bed spaces. And on each property the amount of work has varied too depending on the requirements from the local authority.
